a Registered One-
This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Vye of West Lulworth in the County of Dorset Mariner made and published the seventh day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seven First I give and devise unto my Wife Ann All that my Leasehold Cottage with the Appurtenances now in my occupation situate at West Lulworth aforesaid To hold to her my said Wife Ann for and during the term of her natural life (if my Estate and Interest shall so long continue therein) and from and after her decease I give and devise the same unto my Son John to him his Executors administrators and assigns for and during all the residue and remainder of the term to come therein and unexpired Lastly all the Residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever I give devise and bequeath unto her my said Wife Ann to and for her own use and benefit and I do hereby appoint her my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all other Wills be men at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written
