This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Penny Spinster of West Lullworth in the County of Dorset, made and Published this Twenty Third day of September one Thousand Eight Hundred and nineteen, in manner and Form as followeth – First I Give to Edwine Whitfield Penny the son of John Penny of East Lullworth The one Half of all my money or moneys that I have hold or Enjoy at the time of my Decease, and the other Half I give to be Devided in Equal Parts or Portions share and share allike between the Three Children of my late sister Hannah Goodchild of Kingstone in the Isle of Purbeck and County aforesaid That is to say to Mary now the Wife of Thos Wiseman Husbandman of Kingston aforesaid and Elizabeth her sister now the wife of John Fowler Carpenter of the same Place and their Brother Thos Goodchild Blacksmith also of the same place - - and all my wareing apparel both Linen and woollen of Every sort and kind I Give to Thomas Goodchild’s Children to be Equally Devided amongst them all – And I nominate and appoint John Barnes yeoman of West Lullworth my Executor in Trust to this my last Will and Testament The Day and year first written Eliz Penny
