This is the Last Will and Testament of me Eleanor Fookes of West Lulworth in the
County of Dorset Widow made and Published this eleventh day of October one thousand
eight hundred and thirty three first I direct all my just debts and funeral expences
be fully paid and satisfied I give and bequeath unto my Brother in Law William ffookes
my beds bedsteads and beds furniture in the Chamber of the House I now live in all
the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever
moneys goods chattels Shop goods tools and Utensils I give and bequeath unto my daughter
Elizabeth ffookes for her own use and benefit absolutely and it is my will and I
do hereby direct that the business of a Blacksmith now carried on by me shall after
my decease if possible be carried on under the superintendence of my trustee and
Executor in trust hereafter named during the minority or marriage of my said daughter
to and for her own use and benefit solely during such minority or marriage and on
her attaining that age or being married that the management of my said business shall
no longer be under the superintendence of my trustee but that the same shall be held
and enjoyed for her own use by my said daughter absolutely And I hereby nominate
and appoint William Collins Barnes of West Lulworth aforesaid Miller my trustee and
Executor in trust of this my will and my will is that my said trustee and Executor
shall reimburse himself of all such costs charges and expences that he shall be put
unto by virtue of this my will and I hereby revoke all former will or wills Codicil
or Codicils heretoforemade by me and do declare this only to be my last will and
Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the
