Memorandum may the 18 1735 I John Cockram of West Lulworth being weak in body but of perfect memory doe constitute and appoint this my Last Will and Testament to be in manner and form as followeth Imprimis I Bequeath my Soule to the hands of almighty God Creator of Heaven and Earth hoping through the merits and Mediation of Christ Jesus to have full remission and pardon of my Sins And my Body to the Ground to be buried in a Christian manner at the discrecion of my surviving friends also I dispose of my Goods in manner as followeth first I give unto Sara Speed Daughter of Daniel Speed one fether Bed Item I give unto Margery Speed one feather Bed Item I I give unto William Cockram one Silver Spoon Item I give unto Mary Gregory the daughter of Thos Gregory one brass pot Item I give unto Roger Speed the sone of David Speed one brass pot Item I give unto all my Relations one shilling apeace Item I make my wife Themes (?) my Sole Executor of all my Goods and Chattles and to deliver it at her pleasure on her decease
